Yes — shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. A small flat fee applies below that; see the Shipping Policy for the current rate.

Log in and visit My Orders for live status updates. You'll also receive an email once your order is dispatched.

You can cancel from My Orders while the order hasn't been shipped. Once dispatched, please use the return process after delivery instead.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Read the Return Policy for conditions.

We're sorry! Email hello@ceremica.in with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Banks may take an additional 2–5 business days to reflect it.

Yes. We fire with lead-free glazes, and many collections are also bone-ash free. Each product page lists its safety and material details.

Many pieces are microwave- and dishwasher-safe — check the icons on each product page. For hand-painted pieces we recommend gentle hand washing to keep the glaze vibrant.
