• Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, minor variations in colour, size, and texture are expected and not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
• Payment must be made in full before order dispatch.
• We use secure, third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for errors caused by payment processors.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer a cancellation or re-order at the correct price.
